180-Day Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 180-Day Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee on the AI Influencer Masterclass. Purchasing the program does not create an unconditional right to a refund within 180 days. To qualify under our voluntary guarantee, you must genuinely implement the system and satisfy the eligibility requirements below.

If you genuinely implement the AI Influencer Masterclass, make a reasonable attempt to use the system as instructed, and determine that the program is not suitable for you, you may request a refund of the eligible Masterclass purchase price within 180 days of your original purchase.

To qualify, you must satisfy all of the following requirements.

You must complete the core lessons and training reasonably necessary to create, launch and operate your AI influencer. Simply purchasing the program, briefly viewing the training, or deciding you do not want to continue does not constitute a genuine attempt.

You must actually create and launch an AI influencer using the process taught within the Masterclass. Your influencer must be sufficiently completed to implement the content and monetisation strategies taught in the program.

You must publish at least 10 genuine pieces of content using the AI influencer you created. The content must:

• be publicly published to an appropriate social media platform
• use the AI influencer created through the program
• represent a genuine attempt to follow the content strategy taught in the Masterclass
• have been created and published as part of a genuine implementation attempt, rather than solely for the purpose of satisfying the refund requirements

Drafts and unpublished content do not count toward this requirement.

You must genuinely attempt to implement at least one applicable monetisation strategy taught or provided through the program. This may include promoting an applicable product, offer, affiliate opportunity or other monetisation method using your AI influencer.

Where your chosen strategy involves a campaign, promotion, funnel or similar activity, it must have actually been launched rather than merely created or drafted. You are not required to spend money on paid advertising to qualify for the guarantee unless paid advertising was expressly required by the particular strategy you voluntarily chose to implement.

You must actively implement the system for at least 14 consecutive days before requesting a refund. The purpose of this requirement is to ensure that the program has been genuinely tested. Purchasing the program and deciding after a few hours or days that you no longer wish to continue is not sufficient to qualify under this voluntary guarantee.

When requesting a refund, you must provide reasonable evidence showing that you completed the requirements above. Depending on your implementation, this may include:

• a link to your AI influencer account
• screenshots or other evidence showing the completed AI influencer
• links or screenshots showing at least 10 published pieces of content
• reasonable evidence showing implementation of a monetisation strategy
• a brief explanation of what you implemented and why you believe the program was not suitable for you

We may also review relevant account activity and course progression records reasonably necessary to verify eligibility. We will not require evidence unrelated to determining whether the requirements of this voluntary guarantee have been satisfied.

Before a refund is approved under the voluntary guarantee, you must contact our support team, explain the specific problem you are experiencing and give us a reasonable opportunity to assist. Where the issue can reasonably be resolved through implementation guidance, technical assistance or clarification of the training, our team may first provide assistance.

Your refund request must be submitted within 180 calendar days of your original Masterclass purchase. Completing the implementation requirements does not extend the 180-day period. Requests submitted after the guarantee period has expired are not eligible under this voluntary guarantee.

Our voluntary 180-Day Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee does not provide refunds solely because you:

• changed your mind
• experienced buyer's remorse
• decided you no longer want to create an AI influencer
• decided you would prefer to pursue another business opportunity
• no longer have sufficient time to use the program
• purchased the program but chose not to use or implement it
• stopped implementing the program before completing the requirements above
• expected results without implementing the system
• no longer need or want the program
• did not achieve a particular financial or business result

The guarantee exists to protect customers who genuinely tried the system, not customers who simply decide after purchasing that they no longer wish to participate.

Purchasing the Masterclass does not guarantee any particular level of income, revenue, profit, sales, followers, engagement, audience growth or other business result. Individual results vary significantly and depend on factors outside our control, including implementation, consistency, content quality, market conditions, platform performance, product selection and individual decision-making. Failure to achieve a particular financial result does not, by itself, establish eligibility for a refund.

The 180-Day Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the eligible AI Influencer Masterclass purchase. Order bumps, add-ons, upgrades, additional products, Done-For-You packages, prompt libraries, template packs, custom AI influencer packages and other separately purchased products are not included in the Masterclass guarantee.

Many of these products provide immediate access to digital resources, assets, templates, prompts, training, services or other value upon purchase and are separate from the implementation-based Masterclass guarantee. Accordingly, receiving a refund for an eligible Masterclass purchase does not automatically entitle you to a refund for any separately purchased order bump, add-on, upgrade or upsell.

Except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, immediately supplied digital order bumps, add-ons and upsells are final sale once access or delivery has been provided. This may include, where applicable:

• Additional AI Influencer Packages
• Portfolio Packages

Each additional purchase is treated as a separate product for the purposes of our voluntary refund guarantee.

Certain purchases may include personalised, custom or Done-For-You work performed specifically for the customer. Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, these products and services are not included in the voluntary 180-Day Masterclass guarantee. Where work has commenced, been performed or been delivered, the purchase will be treated in accordance with the specific terms presented for that product or service and any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Subscriptions and recurring memberships are separate from the voluntary 180-Day Masterclass guarantee. You may cancel a subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms presented when you subscribed. Cancellation prevents applicable future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged.

Any free trial, minimum commitment period or other subscription condition will be governed by the terms presented and accepted when the subscription was purchased. Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation, refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

• Evidence that you created and launched your AI influencer
• Evidence of at least 10 qualifying published pieces of content
• Reasonable evidence that you attempted to implement a monetisation strategy
• A description of the issue you experienced after implementing the system

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to determine whether the eligibility requirements have been satisfied. If the requirements of the voluntary guarantee are satisfied, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to reject claims under our voluntary guarantee where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, material misrepresentation, fabricated evidence or deliberate abuse of the guarantee. This provision does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.

The 180-Day Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee is an additional voluntary guarantee provided by us. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where applicable law independently entitles you to a refund, repair, replacement, cancellation, re-performance or another remedy, those statutory rights continue to apply regardless of the requirements of our voluntary guarantee.
