• Information you give us: first name, email address and phone number submitted through our forms, plus anything you send us by email or live chat
• Purchase information: the products you buy, order value and transaction identifiers. Card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number
• Account information: your portal login, lesson progress and support history
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed and time on page
• Marketing information: which ad or link brought you here, and whether you opened or clicked our emails
